Jika anda menggunakan website joomla 1.5 kemudian anda habis mengupdate versi PHP dari 5.2 ke versi yang lebih tinggi misalnya ke PHP versi 5.4 pada server anda dan mendapati joomla anda error seperti ini

Maka solusinya adalah dengan melakukan patch pada website joomla anda saat ini.

Cara melakukan patch Joomla 1.5.0 ke 1.5.xx

Adapun tahapanya adalah sebagai berikut

1. Backup dulu semua file joomla anda dan simpan di folder lain. Ini untuk antisipasi saja apabila proses patch gagal sehinga file bisa dikembalikan lagi.
2. Download file patch ini http://file.pusathosting.com/cms/joomla/Joomla_1.5.0_to_1.5.26-Stable-Patch_Package.zip
3. Upload ke public_html website joomla anda dan kemudian extract
4. Coba test website joomla anda, harusnya sudah normal sekarang.
5. Apabila website joomla ana sudah normal, maka jangan lupa hapus file backup yang sebelumnya anda simpan karena sudah tidak dibutuhkan lagi.
6. Lakukan test link per link, apabila ketika diakses ternyata keluar error 404 maka artinya ada masalah pada file .htaccess  Karena pada saat saya melakukan test kebetulan saya kehilangan file .htaccess default joomla maka itu barangkali jika anda membutuhkan Zfile htaccess joomla 1.5 ada dibagian akhir artikel ini
7. Meskipun joomla sudah di patch tapi akan tetap tampil warning maka itu untuk menyembunyikan warning tsb tambahkan pada file .htaccess
   php_flag display_errors off
8. Selesai
